MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT
We are looking for an architect with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our design team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile architectural projects, overseeing both design and management aspects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing and managing the design phases from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Effectively coordinating internal and external design teams, fostering clear communication and synergy among team members.

Rigorously verifying regulatory compliance and ensuring the quality of drawings and technical specifications.

Researching and implementing cutting-edge architectural solutions, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.

Actively contributing to the professional growth of the team by sharing knowledge and encouraging continuous learning.

Having excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with international clients and external collaborators.

Possessing advanced skills in software such as Revit, with proven experience in creating and managing complex BIM models.

Demonstrating solid experience in managing large-scale projects, with strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities in complex and dynamic environments.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English.
- Degree in Architecture and professional qualification.
- At least 5 to 8 years of previous experience in a similar role and environment.
