FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

GBPA Architects is looking for a Financial Controller with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The selected candidate, in collaboration with management and the administrative team, will oversee management control and financial performance analysis of the firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing cost planning and reporting, ensuring the budget forecast is met, and producing monthly and quarterly reports to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling ongoing projects, with a focus on time and cost management.
• Supporting the collection and analysis of financial data related to projects, ensuring compliance with budget and deadlines.
• Collaborating with project teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Working closely with project managers to track project progress and prepare periodic reports.
• Assisting Project Managers in the preparation of SAP/SAL.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on the financial performance of projects.
• Developing and updating the annual budget forecast.
• Conducting quarterly analysis and review of economic performance.
• Supporting cash flow management and financial planning.
• Conducting comparative analysis and reporting to identify deviations from predefined KPIs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management control, preferably in similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and cost analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of budgeting, management control, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
