ARCHITECT SPECIALIZED IN INTERIOR DESIGN

GBPA Architects is seeking an Architect specializing in Interior Architecture.

We are looking for a motivated and talented professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our interior design team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative and prestigious projects, actively contributing to the company’s success and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Developing interior design concepts and preparing presentations for clients.
• Creating detailed and executive project designs using BIM software.
• Preparing technical documents and presentation materials for interior design projects.
• Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure aesthetic and functional coherence in projects.
• Participating in project management, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Researching materials, finishes, and trends to support project development.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros.
• Familiarity with rendering and visual design tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Enscape, or Photoshop to communicate design ideas.
• In-depth knowledge of materials (wood, stone, metals, fabrics) and their practical and aesthetic applications.
• Ability to select finishes and furnishings aligned with the design concept and budget.
• Understanding of building regulations, environmental certifications (LEED, WELL), and safety standards for interior spaces.
• Skills in designing construction details and custom solutions (e.g., bespoke furniture, integrated lighting systems).
• Interest in and awareness of the latest trends in design, lifestyle, and furnishings, both nationally and internationally.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
