SENIOR ARCHITECT

GBPA ARCHITECTS is seeking an architect with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our design team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile architectural projects, overseeing both the design and management aspects in a stimulating and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing the design phases, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and transform them into innovative and functional architectural solutions.
• Effectively coordinating internal and external design teams, promoting clear communication and synergy among team members.
• Rigorously verifying regulatory compliance and ensuring the quality of drawings and technical specifications.
• Researching and implementing cutting-edge architectural solutions, with a particular focus on sustainability and innovation.
• Actively contributing to the professional growth of the team through knowledge sharing and encouraging continuous learning.
• Having an excellent command of both written and spoken English to enable effective communication with international clients and external collaborators.
• Possessing advanced skills in using software such as Revit, with proven experience in creating and managing complex BIM models.
• Demonstrating proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with strong abilities in coordination, planning, and problem-solving in complex and dynamic contexts.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros.
• Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English.
• A degree in Architecture and professional certification.
• At least 5 to 8 years of previous experience in a similar role and context.
