Regina Giovanna Milano Achieves LEED Platinum Certification

We are delighted to announce that the renovation project for the property at Viale Regina Giovanna in Milan, designed by GBPA Architects in collaboration with General Planning, a DBA PRO. brand, has achieved LEED Platinum certification, the highest recognition for sustainable building practices.

Located in the heart of Milan, in the prestigious Porta Venezia district, the office complex at Viale Regina Giovanna 27-29, owned by the Virtus Fund and managed by Kryalos SGR, spans approximately 21,000 square meters. It comprises two interconnected buildings, rising six stories along the avenue and three additional levels within the block.

The façade, featuring glazed modules and aluminum profiles, creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, while the entrance leads to a double-height atrium and a lush green inner courtyard. The interiors combine private offices with shared spaces and green terraces, enhancing the work environment and promoting collaboration.

The project incorporates cutting-edge systems, renewable energy sources (geothermal and solar), advanced management systems for energy and water efficiency, and sustainable materials. These elements make it a prime example of sustainable architecture and a significant contribution to the future of Milan.

This prestigious achievement reflects our commitment to architectural innovation, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship.
