In the Flaminio district of Rome, in the heart of the historic centre, we are completing the refurbishment and repositioning of the Torri Moretti office building, owned by Fondo Reali Immobili and managed by Castello SGR.
Torri Moretti is one of the most important modern architectural complexes in the capital, designed and completed in 1974 by the renowned architect Luigi Moretti. The project involved the replacement of the obsolete curtain walling with a high performance façade system, taking into account the philological recovery of the original design, colours and details.

The new facades take up the scanning of the existing glazing, increasing its height to increase the visual permeability to the outside and improve the working environment in a contemporary key.

The project, based on solid historical-critical and documentary research, was developed over time through a close and constructive dialogue with the Capitoline Superintendency, which approved the final solution, considering the conservative approach appropriate and respectful of the iconic value of the Roman architect’s final work.
