Villa Raggio is a building in Genoa of great artistic and architectural importance, part of the city’s history and located in a prestigious residential area, close to the centre and the sea.
These qualities, both its own and those of the context, make it necessary to study intervention solutions aimed at achieving the highest level of restoration of the building. Villa Raggio needs to be repositioned at the top end of the residential property market in order to be highly attractive in a context that offers high-profile interventions.
The project proposal completes the interrupted renovation with solutions that guarantee the maximum valorisation of the building within the limits of sustainability and technical and economic feasibility.
The design concept is accompanied by in-depth studies aimed at diversifying the commercial sizes of the residential units in relation to the quality and architectural constraints of the villa. Scenarios will explore the distribution flexibility of the villa to provide tools for building future marketing scenarios tailored to the specific needs of the market.
